C.M. Punk claims to be straight edge, as in no drugs, booze, and if his G.I. Joe inspired tattoos are any indication, broads. He does however like his Pepsi.

He likes it a lot.

Talk about product placement! If only he liked ECW on Sci-Fi that much.

You can go say “oi!’ to him at his website or check out his O.W.W. profile.

Check out the pop (no pun intended) Pepsi stock got after C.M.’s ECW debut. Coincidence? I think not.

Barbie Blank isn’t the only new diva gracing ECW every week. For the past few weeks fans have been treated to the ringside antics of Ariel, the tarot card reading, vampire valet of Kevin Thorn. Ariel is of course portrayed by former indy wrestler and pin-up/net model Shelly Martinez.

Our girl Shelly gets around (at least net wise) and those who’ve been impressed with her performances have yet to see her best work. The above pics link to her MySpace page and her official web presence respectively, and there’s plenty of galleries out there for the fans.

TWV Divas has a small but decent gallery and some biographical info. Or check out these galleries:

shelly5.bmp Some pics of her in action.

As a bonus here’s a pic of her either writhing in pain or having a hell of an orgasm, we’re not sure.

shelly3.bmp This the obligatory link to Obsessed with Wrestling who seem to know everything about wrestling and have several dozen articles to prove it.

The first pic is the publicity photo for her Wikipedia entry. Misogynist? Perhaps, but you’re still reading. The ECW writers are finally learning what fans knew all along, the people don’t want divas they want… well the shirt says it all.

Besides, nerds (Sci-Fi viewers) and weirdos (ECW fans) may not agree on much, but we all love the goth chicks.

Carpe Noctum!

ECW writers market storylines as alternative to Ambien!

ECW on Sci-Fi staff were asked by writers David Lagana and Chris DeJosephs for a testimonial for their new product, which will be called “Snorecore Wrestling”.

A cutting edge visual anti-stimulant, Snorecore is guaranteed to induce long lasting restful sleep in those suffering from even the most stubborn cases of insomnia. Snorecore works by bombarding the cerebral cortex with images it’s seen dozens of times before so that the brain begins to think it is dreaming, and shuts down all the parts of the brain not used in sleep. (Users are warned to be in a seated or prone position before using, the effects are nearly instantaneous.)

“I tuned in on Tuesday night and next thing I know it’s Sunday afternoon!” ECW on Sci-Fi staff exclaimed. “Watching the new ECW gave me the best sleep of my life!”

Lagana announced that Snorecore will be initially available in regular or extra strength “Big Show” dosages.
