ECW alum Amy Dumas, better known until recently as WWE diva Lita, is returning to the independent circuit where she first became a star. This is good news for fans who were forced to watch her in the uninspired, misogynist storylines that WWE creative puts together for the divas, no doubt after consulting a focus group of bitter divorced baby boomers. The one dimensional characture WWE tried to make Amy into never completely suppressed the great performer she is, and fans at last can see her unleashed in full independent glory.

Amy will be appearing at a Maryland Championship Wrestling show on February 25th, along with Alex Shelly, Danny Doring and NWA heavyweight champion Abyss. MCW claims they have signed and exclusive with Dumas to act as her agent, so if you want to try to get Amy to your indy show you’ll have to go through them. You can also book her for autograph sessions and other appearances, and she can bring Orlando Jorden with her!

She’s also fronts the only Punk band in the world that hasn’t sold out, The Luchagores.

I believe they’re scheduling some dates for this spring, watch out for them.

Don’t forget to support Amy’s animal shelter. At least they don’t kill the animals they get like these bastards. Damn hippies.

Just in time for Christmas! I already knew that like every hot goth girl Shelly did a little pin-up modeling to earn the money she needed to keep her Cleopatra record collection up to date and pay for those hard to find issues of Ghastly and Carpe Noctum. What I didn’t know was that ECW’s Ariel is also featured in soft core masterpieces American Pin-ups and American Pin-Ups 2.

These are must have DVD’s for any fans shelf, but true fans will also want to drop by Shelly’s official store for more cheesecake then you’ll ever need, which is autographed by Shelly herself.
