ECW alum Francine Fournier announced via MySpace that she will be participating in Legends of the Ring this weekend. ECW alum Tammy Sytch will also be in attendance.

Legends of the Ring 5 is scheduled from 9:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center in Carteret, NJ. More information is available on the official Legends of the Ring site.

Brooke is undoubtedly excited about the prospect of shooting a Playboy spread - she recently revealed posing for Playboy as one of her short term goals. No comment yet from the other ladies of Extreme Exposé. Posing for Playboy has been a good career move for other WWE divas, most recently Ashley Massaro.

Wrestlemania 24, billed as “The Biggest WrestleMania Under the Sun,” is scheduled for March 30, 2008, so if all goes according to plan, expect to see the ECW divas in one of the first few Playboy issues of ‘08. Stay tuned for updates!

Does anyone else think that Big Daddy V and The Boogeyman have been getting way too much airtime lately? Between BDV’s quivering man boobs and Boogeyman’s whole repulsive, worm eating schtick, I don’t think there’s been a recent show where I haven’t had to change the channel after throwing up in my mouth a little bit.

After weeks of speculation on Internet messageboards, we finally have an answer as to whether ECW alum Shelly Martinez has been tapped to make an adult film. According to pornstar Jewel De’Nyle, Shelly has agreed to star in a solo fetish film for Platinum Jewel, De’Nyle’s new production company.

During the past few weeks, Jewel offered frequent updates to fans on the AdultDVDTalk forum, lamenting that Shelly Martinez was not up for a hardcore flick, but might be willing “to do a solo Bettie Page fetish type movie just starring her doing different set ups with stockings, boots, heels, whips etc.”

More recently, Jewel confirmed:

I landed Shelly Martinez so I’m happy with this she will be doing a solo fetish type movie for me. I’m in the works with hopefully doing something with Carmen Electra’s Nude women of wrestling. Working some magic hopefully this Carmen thing comes through.

For those not familiar with Carmen Electra’s X-rated Naked Women’s Wrestling League (NWWL), it includes April Hunter and Annie Social of WEW fame. Clearly Jewel De’Nyle is off to a great start with her new company, and snagging Shelly is a major win for Platinum Jewel. Shelly is no stranger to softcore films, having starred as a belly dancer in American Pinups and a tiki goddess in American Pinups II.

Shelly Martinez has not responded to a request for her comments on this latest development in her career.

4400 fans will recognize this week’s Saturday Sci-Fi Starlet, Megalyn Echikunwoke, from her breakout role as Isabelle Tyler. Her character Isabelle alternates between creepy and seductive, omnipotent and helpless, and has quickly become a 4400 fan favorite.

Although Megalyn is not a sci-fi fan herself, she has played more than one sci-fi character, including guest roles on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Supernatural. She is also known for her recurring roles on 24 (as President Palmer’s daughter) and That ’70s Show (as Hyde’s half sister.)

As always, the burning question for most readers of this blog is, “But where can I see her naked?” While I haven’t come across any pictures of Megalyn Echikunwoke completely nude, there are some stunning posed photos of Megalyn topless at the beach.
