Well that was fast! The first scans of WWE diva Maria Kanellis naked in her Playboy pictorial have surfaced online. As usual, I don’t want to deal with DMCA notices from Playboy attorneys, so I’ll give you guys these NSFW links to the photos.

SLAM! Wrestling has a new interview with ECW and WWE alum Tammy “Sunny” Sytch: Outlook Sunny for Tammy Sytch. All blame for the bad pun goes to SLAM!, but the article is a decent read and includes details on her depression following Chris Candido’s death, her subsequent battle with weight, and her current love life.

Now that Tammy Sytch is back in “Sunny shape,” she’s getting booked constantly. According to her official web site, some of Tammy’s upcoming appearances include:

• March 2, 2008: PWA Wrestling in Edmonton, Alberta
• March 8, 2008: GLCW, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (with ECW alums Mick Foley, Joey Mercury, and Al Snow)
• March 16, 2008: APW Wrestling, Martinsburg, West Virginia

Tammy has a bunch of other bookings coming up - you can keep up with her on her Web site or MySpace profile. And true Tammy Sytch fans will also want to check out her eBay store and Amazon wishlist.

Tajiri is the one of the best wrestlers to come out of ECW and his match with Super Crazy is one of the best, if not the best, matches from ECW’s hayday. A good wrestling match is physically impressive, fast pace and above all fun. Watch these two go at tongues firmly planted in cheeks and see why Yoshihiro Tajiri is E.O.S. favorite performer:

Several of you have asked if we’re going to cover the Playboy Magazine pictorial of WWE diva Maria Kanellis here on the ECW on Sci-Fi blog. Does Shelly Martinez pose naked? Does Rob Van Dam love to talk about marijuana? Does Vince McMahon have a thing for incest angles? The answer is, of course, hell yes we’re gonna cover the Maria Playboy photo shoot!  (See update at the end of this post.)

The magazine cover (see above) has just leaked onto the Internet, and the April issue is scheduled to hit the stands on March, 7, 2008. Pics from the Ashley Massaro Playboy layout were available online a few days ahead of the official release date last March, so we could have some photos from Maria Kanellis’ naked Playboy spread by early next week. Whenever they’re available, we’ll have a link for you.

Maria seems very proud of her involvement in selecting the fashions featured in the shoot. She may be a talented designer, but I’m thinking, the less fashion the better if she wants to sell magazines.

With the upcoming election no longer a shoo-in for Hillary Clinton, she and Bill are setting their sights on a new prize: the WWE Tag Team Championship belt. Hillary explains her newfound affinity for wrestling entertainment:

Although politics used to be the preeminent arena for deception, dishonesty, and slanderous personal attacks, this is no longer the case. Because of this shift in political values, Bill and I felt it was best if we competed in an arena that rewarded deception, falsities, and character attacks.

So, does this mean Hillary no longer has her heart set on the American presidency?

If I happen to win the Democratic presidential nomination, great. As of right now, Bad Ass Slick Willy and I, the Road Dog Hillary Rodham, the New Age Patriots, are dedicated to wining the WWE tag team title at Wrestlemania XXIV.

I bet Hillary’s finishing move would be The Nutcracker. Any ideas for Bill’s finishing move?
