ECW original Dawn Marie Psaltis is celebrating her 37th birthday on November 3, 2007, and this year she has plenty to celebrate.

It was announced this week by PowerSlam Magazine in the UK that Dawn Marie has finally settled her wrongful termination lawsuit against the WWE. Dawn Marie was fired by the WWE after she became pregnant with her son in 2005, and alleged that her release was in direct response to her pregnancy.

Now that Dawn Marie has the lawsuit behind her, she can focus even more on her career and her goal of making a comeback in the entertainment industry. During the past month or two, Dawn Marie has really stepped up her promotional efforts. She opened the Dawn Marie Direct eBay Store, has accepted numerous convention bookings, and she now posts updates to her MySpace blog and photo album.

In a recent blog entry, Dawn Marie wrote about her struggles to get back into ring condition. She has been training hard and watching her diet, but has still not reached her goal weight.

There are rumors flying around that Dawn Marie may make her comeback with TNA some time next year. She is friendly with some of the people at the top, and may have had preliminary talks about joining the TNA promotion.

Dawn Marie has a busy calendar scheduled for November 2007. She’ll be at Penn Plaza Pavillion in New York City for Big Apple Con on November 16, 17, and 18, and at the New Alahambra Arena (the old ECW arena) for the Philadelphia Super Show on November 24 and 25. ECW alum Missy Hyatt will also appear at both venues.
