The Dudley Boyz Find a New Way to Pay the Rent
One of the most successful tag teams in history are joining forces to whip the next generation of professional wrestlers into ring-ready condition. ECW alums Brother Ray (Mark Lamonica) and Brother Devon (Devon Hughes) are looking to make a name for themselves in the training business with the brand new Team 3D Academy of Professional Wrestling and Sports Entertainment.
The duo, formerly known as the Dudley Boyz, became known as Team 3D in 2005 when the WWE decided not to renew their contract. The WWE had trademarked the “Dudley” name, and Ray and Devon were legally prohibited from continuing to use the name they had used since 1996.
Team 3D, along with their TNA co-star Matt Bentley, will offer comprehensive wrestling training in a state-of-the-art facility in Kissimmee, FL.
For more info on their brand new wrestling school, check out the Team 3D Academy MySpace profile. (Just be sure to turn your speakers down first!)
Thanks to Wrestling Training Online for the scoop on Team 3D’s new venture. Their pro wrestling blog has some great content on everything from wrestling photography to indy wrestlers. It’s definitely worth checking out, and unlike most wrestling blogs, it’s popup-free!

Thanks for the mention! I am interested in the idea that the school will apparently be running a full, 1 year course as opposed to getting people out of the doors as quickly as possible. This is a similar idea that Sterling James Keenan has taken with his school and is a positive development, imo.
