ECW/WWE alum and budding actor Brian Heffron, better known as The Blue Meanie, is headlining the debut show of Wild Card Pro Wrestling tomorrow at the Wildcard Arena in Philadelphia.

The headline match pits The Blue Meanie against Nick Berk, a frequently booked indy wrestler who has made several appearances on the WWE’s televised shows.

A WCP press release announced other bookings for this debut event:

We are proud to announce the full tournament brackets have been decided. We already announced that former World-1 Tag Team Champions will collide when Greg Spitz (Former ACPW & Slamtastic Champion) takes on Mr. Mark Mest (Fromer IWA & PCW Champion). We have also learned that the nearly 7′ monster and semi-pro football player Sam “Bodysnatcher” Jones (Current MCW Champion) has signed on to face Havoc (Former WXW Champion). “The Next Boom” Zac Conner (Former DCW Champion) will take on Danny Demanto (Former AWA Champion). And rounding out the tournament will be a Wild Card battle royal where the winner will advance in to the 2nd round.

The next item we have to address is that Current PWU Champion - Devon Moore is going to be unable to make our debut show. Devon double booked himself with us and IWA-MS. But worry not as we are proud to announce that a “Notorious” replacement has been confirmed, as Drew Blood will be taking part in this huge debut show.

The women will be in the house as Alicia and Cha Cha do battle to see who the most dominant woman in Wild Card Pro will be.
