It’s been a while since the last juicy Shelly Martinez post. Unfortunately, there aren’t any new nude Shelly pics (that we know of), but for those of you with vivid imaginations, there is some interesting news about Shelly’s alter ego.

Apparently ECW vixen Ariel keeps her body limber and agile by practicing with her very own stripper pole. That’s right, she’s been able to perfect her ability to hang batlike at ringside by working out stripper-style.

“The best workout is a full body workout with a stripper pole. I have a couple tricks with it,” Ariel told the WWE’s Diva Dish. Also on the WWE site were predictable double entendres about something hard between Ariel’s legs. But here at ECW on Sci-Fi we stayed away from such sophomoric humor - instead we worked in a very tangentially related pic of Pam Anderson. Aren’t you glad?
